I will book up to one year in advance!What am I getting?1 set of 4x6 proofs 1 high resolution disc with all edited pictures with print release (approximately 50 images)When should I schedule a session?I only schedule sessions 2-3 hours before sunset to get the best lighting for your portraits, so please plan for this time when picking a session date. What should I wear?Bring multiple outfits! Bring something dressy and something casual including shoes! Make sure your choices are outfits that make you look and feel good. Ladies, bring your cutest dress, accessories, hottest pair of heels, or anything that makes you feel amazing! Guys, bring all your sports uniforms, possibly that suit!, and some outfits that are comfortable but look nice! Make sure to mix it up with your selections, so you will have a variety of outfits in your pictures!What should I bring?As far as props and accessories go, bring everything! Bring your musical instrument, baseball glove, pom pons, dance shoes, hats, your pet, car, truck, class ring, cowboy boots, boyfriend/girlfriend, prom dress, books, iPod, sunglasses, or anything else you can think of that makes you, who you are now!How should I do my hair/makeup?Try to avoid getting a haircut right before your session, just incase the cut is not just right! If you have naturally curly hair and normally wear it curly, then don't try to wear it straight! Have it styled so you at least you do not look like you rolled out of bed! Ladies, apply your makeup a little heavier and as if you were going somewhere nice. Don't go overboard or try anything new that isn't natural to how you usually wear it! Lip gloss is also a nice touch in your pictures. Remember to bring along your makeup for touchups just in case!Where should we go?Senior sessions run from 1 1/2-2 ½ hours depending on locations. If you play a sport, we could go to the field or court Dont want to go to school? Tower Grove Park, Forest Park, the City Gardens, Lafeyette Park, Botanical Gardens, and SIUE Gardens are all places that have good variety and I would recommend! If you have any other suggestions, I am fully on board for trying somewhere new! If you choose a location with an entrance or parking fee, my addmission must be paid. Also, some locations do not allow professional photographers to take pictures, so you must find out if it is okay before your session.**a travel fee will apply 25 miles outside of Granite City, IL**What if it rains?I try to wait until at least 3 days before the session to reschedule for the weather. I check it constantly and usually 30% chance or less means I am still on for the session. Do not worry if it comes your session day and the sun is not out! Overcast is perfect when it comes to portraits, because there are no harsh shadows! Please expect the typical weather of the month you schedule in!
