Children Portraits $200(Up to 3 children, please add $10 for each additional child)2012 is currently closed for sessions. I will book up to one year in advance!What are we getting?1 set of 4x6 proofs1 high resolution disc of all edited pictures with print release (approximately 50 images)When should I schedule a session?I only schedule sessions 2-3 hours before sunset to get the best lighting for your portraits, so please plan for this time when picking a session date. What should my child/children wear?Color! Don't be afraid of it!Your children are full of personality so don't stick 'em in plain clothes. If there are multiple children, I suggest to coordinate them, but not to put them in identical clothes. Unsure about your choice? Send me an email/message/text picture and we can discuss the outfits further! I suggest at least 2 sets of outfits. Where should we go?Parks are usually the best places for children, because they have enough room to just be kids, and at the end of the shoot, then can play at the jungle gym! If you choose a location with an entrance or parking fee, my addmission must be paid. Also, some locations do not allow professional photographers to take pictures, so you must find out if it is okay before your session.**a travel fee will apply 25 miles outside of Granite City, IL**What should we bring?I highly suggest bringing a few snacks just in case there are some meltdowns throughout the session. I will gladly take a break for the little ones to grab a snack if need be. Often, I like to take pictures lying in the grass, but if anyone has allergies or you have young ones, sometimes bringing a large blanket helps to keep ants, dirt, or wet grass off clothes.What if it rains?I try to wait until at least 2 days before the session to reschedule for the weather. I check it constantly and usually 30% chance or less means I am still on for the session. Do not worry if it comes your session day and the sun is not out! Overcast is perfect when it comes to portraits, because there are no shadows! Please expect the typical weather of the month you schedule in! If you have any concerns about the weather on your session date, feel free to contact me.What if my child is sick?If your child or children are sick please let me know so we can reschedule. I do not feel I would be able to fully capture your child's personality if they are feeling under the weather. I will try to reschedule you as closely as possibly to your original date.When do we get our pictures?!I will deliver your disc and 4x6 prints 2-3 weeks from the date of your session.
